How we do it

We do not operate like a management company or a rental insurance program. We become your tenant and we accept the responsibility of paying you guaranteeing that you will receive your rent on time, every month! We do not charge management fees, administration fees or membership dues. There are no out of pocket expenses to you for what we do.

As your tenant we rent your property for approximately 90% of the market rental value. For example on a property renting for $2000.00 we pay you $1800.00. From there we handle everything with the rental of the property. There are no hidden costs to you and regardless whether your property is rented or vacant you receive your rent.
